Tareikh Series: The Death of Sayyid Said and Its Aftermath

In 1861, Sayyid Said bin Sultan, the ruler of Oman and Zanzibar, died while on his way from Muscat to Unguja. His death enabled the comeback of European occupation to Zanzibar and above.
